Matthew Peon is a supply chain and operations executive with over a decade of experience in consumer electronics and complex manufacturing. Matthew is responsible for the operational excellence of our portfolio companies.
Matthew is the General Manager at TVG’s Miami based Headquarters. Matt focuses on the active management of our TVG Incubated Startups. He supports business operations, manufacturing and systems automation. From concept to profitability, Matt drives the pace of execution for TVG portfolio companies with urgency and efficiency. The implementation of standardized operational procedures, reporting KPIs, and systems that quantify these metrics in real-time, enables TVG to take a very hands-on approach to investing.
Mr. Peon holds a BAS in Supply Chain Management and is actively pursuing a MS in Operations Management.
